I do, I think that you can compare it with the flood in the bible. Have you thought about that?

Ok, I didn`t know that about the bible or maybe I forgot that? Well that´s great but then it´s only the humans fault that we have these natural disasters in head of us.

No, b/c God made a promise that He wouldn't send a great flood again like in the days of Noah.

Actually, the ice caps are the remnant of the water (ice) shield that God made at creation, when He separated the water beneath from the water above. It came raining down in the flood of Noah and came as far south as central U.S. It has been melting back over the last 2500 years and raising the ocean level all that time.
