Does anyone else feel weird about using public bathrooms?

I hardly ever go in a public bathroom unless I have to really bad, I don't know, something about em that makes me uneasy. Do you get that feeling?

yes, i do, infact lots do.. they make me feel unhygienic n grose. there r some public toilets like of some particular places , some particular offices, etc which maynot b makin me feeling weird. but , i hate to use a public one, a total public one, when i really have to. gives me the feel of excreting on a whole world of jumping germs n bacterias..

Yes, I totally feel uncomfortable using public bathrooms. The major discomfort I have is the disgusting way others use and or leave the restrooms. Far too often, I start into a stall, only to find that some "pig" has decided to evidentally stand up and urinate over the toilet, and then decide to leave their urine all over the seat. What makes people do this?
The second problem I have, although not as bothersome, is the chance that someone is watching, with a camera, while we use the bathroom. This, of course comes from the shows on TV which publicise this problem.
I have decided though that if some sicko out there derives pleasure out of watching me use the toilet, then so be it.
Ulitimately, I prefer to use my own toilet. If I am leaving for any amount of time to shop, etc. I make sure I use the bathroom at home first.

Yes! I don't blame you, a lot of public bathrooms are filthy and they smell. The cleanest public bathrooms I have come across is McDonalds, it always smells so fruity. I checked on the back of the door one day, and they actually have cleaning duties every hour, so they maintain it well. But I don't trust their food.

I just feel nasty using public bathrooms, even though I wash my hands EVERYTIME. I never sit on the toilet and always open the doors with a papertowel. Even at work, I don't feel at ease. But its only when I absolutely can't wait until I get home.

It's a more common problem than you realize. I'm not a fan of public restrooms myself. I like the ones in Europe though. You get more privacy (like a whole door as opposed to the half doors we get here).

Of course. Who likes defecating with some stranger three feet away from you? If you enjoyed it I'd say you were a perv. I dislike urinals because I don't like turning my back on strangers. The best time to steal a guy's wallet is when he is at the urinal. What's he going to do? Chase you down while he's all exposed and urinating all over himself?

It doesn't bother me. If you gotta go, you gotta go. It's bad for your bladder to hold it in. Does it make you feel wierd that your friends use your bathroom at home then you use it after? Do you have to clean it? That's wierd.
