After a relatively good thing a woman and i had goin, i get shut out of her life with no real explanation, except she has family probs. I did not do or say anything to upset her, i did not crowd her or even tell her i loved her, cause i didnt want to go too quick in terms of a relationship, neither did she. A few months into it she says she dont want me with other girls an i was cool with that, i was loving her vibe an happy with it. I told her a lot which is something i dont do to many people at all and although i have a lot of other things i do that keep me busy i still think about her a lot. today was my birthday and she called me, and i missed her. i still get msgs from her sometimes too. It was only a week ago this bust up happened. She jus said she wasnt ready for a relationship which is wrong cause a lot of things said suggested otherwise. ive had plenty of girls over the past week tell me im hot an i couldve gotten some but i feel so low for even thinkin i got something there

First, she might e scared of her feelings for you is why she's running away. Don't worry about her at this point, if she realizes what a good thing she walked away from she'll come back.. or maybe it was only good in your eyes and not hers.. only time and space will tell. As for the quickest way to get over someone... as crude as this sounds.. Strange Pus*y.
But I don't really suggest that... you asked for the quickest way.... so I say go have fun, preoccupy yourself with your friends, go out on dates, don't hold back anything because of her. And you'll be too busy to notice when there's a blinking light on your machine from her begging to take you back.

It's all about the time sweetie.. I know just how you feel.. I was done the same way.. I tried to hang on and give him his space and just called every now and then just because I missed him.. We only dated for 6 mths.. But I have kids and he didnt so I understood.. I just let go... It sucked and there are times I still miss him but times goes on and we all have someone for us..
Be patient..
Happy Holidays..

You are in love with this girl, and it's going to take time to move on. The best way to do that, is to go out with someone else. You may find that if you do that, she will realize that she wants to be with you.
Good luck to you!

yeah, women doesn't accept that we need closure too. I am in the same boat, but basically i'm going on a date with a girl i had a crush on back in college. Hopefully, i won't think of my crappy ex and will just have fun. i think that works.

I have to agree with everyone else. Start dating/sleeping or whatever with someone else. It sounds horrible, but it does work.
