I'm looking for a good "grace" to say before meals. I dont' have children, so it would be a "grown-up" grace you can say before dinner. Not necessarily just at Christmas. I'd love to hear some of yours. Please help me! Thank you so much!

When you pray to thank God for your food, don't try to stick with the same prayer that you use every single time. just say" hey God, thanks for providing this meal for me. please bless it to the nourishments of my body, in Jesus names. Amen". and it doesn't have to be word for word. just make it your own prayer and whatever you say, mean it. don't just say it for the heck of saying because it looks and sounds good. hope i could be of some help.

Thats makes me really happy when people say grace. a really good idea is to make sure that when you pray that you thank jehovah that he has blessed you with a meal. dont forget to also ask for jehovah to bless other unfortunate ones in the world that dont have a bite to eat with food. and thank him in the name of his son jesus christ.

I thank the earth and the beings that gave their life so that I might have life.

...Something like this:
...Our Father, we thank You very much for today, for taking good care of us, for providing all our needs, and for all we accomplished today. Thank for Your faithfulness in providing this food, and for those who prepared it. We ask Your blessing on it, and pray for (whatever is going on tonight in our family).
...We praise You and thank You again.
...In Jesus' Name, amen.
