Turkey is a very good place to buy but you will get more for your money than you expect. £250,000 will buy you a huge place. My friends bought a 4 bedroom VIlla with pool for £98,000 a few year back.

I think you can find a 2b flat which is so far from the Altınkum beach for £25000. Yenihisar, Erinç Sitesi, Parlamenterler Sitesi or even Akbük are the nearby places to Altınkum if you dont have more than £40000.

NO. But you could get a four bedroom villa with a pool in sunny Jamaica for that. And you would have some change left so that you could employ a maid. I mean with a house like that, you gotta have a maid.

deffinatly ... i weent to altinkum in the summer and my parents were looking at apartments and there were loads of really nice ones in that price range .... good luck and happy buying
