I took a pork tenderloin out of the freezer to thaw, and accidently left it on the counter for 3 hours (I usually thaw meat in the fridge) when I got home, it was still cold when I touched it- it possibly may have even still been a little frozen in the center, but I don't know. I've heard that when you thaw meat at room temperature it allows bacteria to grow...is this meat still ok because it was still pretty cold when I realized it was on the counter?

It is fine. Three hours at room temp straight from the freezer wouldn't encourage bacterial growth. Bacteria grows best between 40 degrees f and 135 degrees f. Meat also takes a while to thaw. I wouldn't even think twice about cooking that tenderlion to a perfect medium temperature and enjoying!

Your pork tenderloin will be OK. It is a very versatile meat unlike chicken or turkey.

It should be just fine. Just cook it well as you should any cut of pork. Three hours is not very long if it was frozen.

yes, it's still okay. i've done this lots of times & never gotten sick. as long as it's still cold.
but importantly, perform the "smell" test and the "sliminess' test and make sure it passes both tests.
bon appetit! i love pork tenderloin, yummm!!! can I come over to try some? :-)
