CHIP is generally something you apply through at your local BlueCross BlueShield Office. They have low cost childrens insurance.
As for help with dental, don't we all need that! I have no idea where an adult can receive dental benefits similar to medicaid.

CHIP is part of an increasingly complex system of Federal and State funded health programs for children. It does cover dental care depending upon the nature of the problem meaning that it will not cover routine or preventive care - just treatment. With CHIP you choose a primary care provider and they should be able to give you more information. The Dentist also must be a participant in CHIP.

Childrens Health Insurance Program.....do the parents or more specifically, does the child not qualify for medicaid? Where r u located? In the states or somewhere else..
