How do servicewomen go to the bathroom when they are on missions (like on convoys, or in a helicopter ect)? Do they relieve themselves outside like male soldiers do? Or do they hold it in until they get back to a base area?

same as when you are going camping... go find a tree and go behind that

You better develop develop a battle rhythm for your body because no one pees while in a helo, and just make sure you got security on a security halt and do what you gotta do, dont forget to take your battle with you.

same as men,, the only exception that I've seen to that is they still pull the civilian female thing and go in groups.

hey, if you gotta go you gotta go. of course they would just releive themselves just like the men do. no sence soiling your BDUs.
