Maybe you have a wheat intolerence! Try cutting it out completely and seeing how you feel. Many people feel very bloated and nauseous after such products. Give it a go!

Could be wheat and/or gluten allergy or intolerance. There's a difference.
Try eliminating them for a week and see if you feel better. If so, good. If not, keep a 3 weel diary of what you ate, what time and how you felt up to 3hrs afterwards then take it to a nutrionist/dietary consultant. Also would be worth making side notes about how you felt in general, ie your time of the month, lack of sleep, night on the tiles etc to see if there's any link.

It could be a gluten allergy or maybe the sugar content is too high for you. Not all breads and cereals are whole grain products and have huge amounts of sugar or corn syrup added to replace the texture and flavor.

Seeing your GP would be the best idea so they can run tests on you. With IBS you need the loo and also constipation (Pains in your stomach). Coeliacs youd know about that as you would be losing weight and wouldn't be able to eat any wheat or gluten foods etc without being ill. Go to the docs, get well soon.x

Don't eat it then. You can cut wheat out of your diet without doing yourself any harm - there are plenty of other grains that can provide the nutrients that wheat does. Go and see your doctor for a proper diagnosis though as a wheat intolerance (if that is what it is) could be a symptom of something serious.

Try substituting them for wheat/gluten free products. Eat fruit for breakfast, you will know by the end 3-4 days by how good you feel.

Is the stuff you are eating in date?
Lol, like the first answer, you might have Celiacs disease. Try a Gluten free diet and see if that helps, but I would definately contact your GP.
