Absolutely and they work quite well together. There are many versions of Robitussin which is a brand name generally containing an anti histamine and a decongest which are for nasal congestion and drainage. Motrin is ibuprofen which is a non steroidal anti infammatory medication for aches, pains, and fever. These are quite different so they compliment rather than antagonize each other.

Yes because there isn't any pain reliever in Robitussin.
