i am 17.. and ive always had this problem. my inner legs are horrible. i've tried everything. cuase since i have such a thin waist/stomach...i hate my legs. is there anyway i can get rid of it!??!!??! hat botheres me the most is the fat near my knees. plz help me! i already run vasity track and play soccer..but running does nothing for it!HELP

You absolutely cannot spot-tone a particular part of your body by doing isolation work for it. You just can't delegate where your body pulls fat from.

People who perform lots of cardio without heavy weight training are usually going to remain fairly soft. If you want to lean out your physic (and I mean lean, not skinny, there's a difference), you need to do some heavy weight training in there (12 reps and lower).

Also, if there is ANY junk in your diet, it will be alot more difficult to lose those stores.

Keep a food journal to see how much fat your're taking in, but with being on track I would think you are in pretty good shape and don't eat too much cr@p. It might be a good idea to see a dr about this~~what if there is an underliying problem like something connected to your thyroid? It sounds serious enough to me to have a dr check it out and rule out things like dvt's or the like. Good luck!

serious heavy weight training is THE only way to get rid of it, but note: that is your body shape as soon as the training stops, the shape returns...then again there's always lipo.
