Adderall-Blue Generic Pills?

A friend gave me what he said is an Adderall. I have seen the blue pills that have a 10 on them. This one has 3 ones...like this 111 underneath what looks like an E on a slant. Has anyone ever seen these & know if they are truly an Adderall? Any pics to confirm would be great too.

a friend gave me? aderall is not something one can gift or give away to others, if you are not supposed to be taking it then discard it. If you are someone who needs aderall then contact your doctor for refills, good luck
