he already has a court date for dec 19th i was just wondering if there's anything i can do to get him bonded out.

You need to get a lawyer and they can go into court to make an argument as to why bond should be granted.
Obviously the judge had a good reason to deny bond. If he was on the run for 6 years, that means he was considered a flight risk.
Only a lawyer can help you now.

I am assuming you mean that he was denied a cash bond. He would knew to ask the judge for a property bond. Meaning you will need to put property up for his bond. Or he could ask for a bond reduction and hope that the judge will set a bond amount.

If he was denid bond because of a probation hold....then he will not be granted a bond until the probabtion hold has been lifted. If that is the case, he will be in jail until he goes to court. Even if you hire an attorney, he may still have to stay put until the probabtion hold issue is resolved.

You can ask for another bond hearing or file a writ of Habeas Corpus, if the bond is excessive.
