No.
But I guess the real question is what definition of "apocalypse" are you using. If you are discussing Biblical apocalypse then definitely no.
Are these events apocalyptic... maybe but not necessarily so.

I believ that it's starting. It is already told beforehand that major world events, disasters and such would start when it was the coming near to apocalypse. See what is happening? There is the numerous Tsunamis in many parts of the world, Indonesia, for example. Then thre are thechain of erupting volcanoes. Then the wars between religions, if that is not a sign of the start of the apocalypse, I don't know what is.

No, and No.
The Apocalypse can not happen until Anti - Christ is in Power for the full Seven Years of The Great Tribulation, which will be preceded by The Rapture.
I believe God uses The Weather to send us messages, but sometimes a Hurricane is just a Hurricane.

No. Sorry, I'm not a kook. Maybe a better question would be "What kinds of behavior should we expect from someone who thinks we're living in the 'end times'?"
I think someone like that would act like a kook and have an overwhelming amount of magical thinking and read all sorts of great importance into everything, from wars & disasters to the most mundane & personal crap.

there is often been conflict, ailment, and selfishness in the worldwide. Our very own time isn't unique in any of those regards. worldwide conflict II killed 70 million human beings. The "black plague" wiped out a minimum of a 0.33 of Europe. those are purely 2 examples of historic activities of the previous that have been worse than something we've occurring on the instant. ...

We are in end times. I think more important signs are the falling away of the people and many false Christs that have arisen, the collapse of our societies morals, what we've done to the earth and the list goes on. But not to worry. If you're in Christ, you won't see the end. You'll be in paradise with Him before it happens.
