The thing is it's not the first time this is happen. this pimple has been there before. I popped it and puse came out and blood is that normal?

Pimples can form anywhere on ur body where a pore gets clogged with oil and dirt.

When a pimple is 'popped' it tends to rupture the sack under the skin which causes the pimple to recur. I do not know that I would call it normal but it is certainly common and is a cosmetic concern not a medical problem - although - it is drains 'pus' you may require an oral antibiotic. In the future when it appears apply a 'drying' agent or an exfoliant and do not pop things are your own. When in doubt - consult your physician.

Random body pimples occur on adults. Depending on how intense it was, you may want to see a dermatologist.

I have had some random ones (just one) just below my neck. I used proactive cleansers. It was ok after.

Changing your food habits to a healthier diet will help too.

You can probably get them anywhere. Probably the reason it was bleeding was because you popped it too soon.
