what are the treatments available for squint apart from surgery?

By squint I assume that you mean the eyes. If you have had an eye examination and you do not require glasses there is to my knowledge no option for squinting (a drooping of the eyelids) other than surgery. Surgery is quite simple but no medical procedure today is inexpensive.
