Chocolate is dense empty calories. Dense means high calories for the amount consumed. Empty means that the body will survive quite well without chocolate. The solution is rather obvious and I am certain that you know the answer which is do not eat chocolates. The best way to do this is to never keep chococates around the house. When you have a chocolate craving you are unlikely to get dressed go out and buy them. There are physiologic reasons some people crave chocolates.

The first step is admitting you have a problem...which you have! Being aware is half the battle...too much of any one food can be bad, so learn to be balanced with both food and exercise. A chocolate bar here and there is not going to make you fat as long as you are eating well and exercising, chocolate especially dark has good antioxidants in it! But you need to control your cravings, and find an exercise program you really enjoy, in doing so you may find it easier to control such cravings by replacing a bad habit with a good one! Good Luck!

Judging from your avatar picture I think do look like your gaining some weight. If you "feel" like your getting fat, you probably are. Try keeping track of your weight and any body changes. Try eating healthy foods and exercise. Make sure you understand the difference between staying healthy and being thin. If chocolate is the problem, try other healthy chocolate tasting alternative.

Try eating dark chocolate instead. It is lower in fat and sugar and contains natural antioxidents which are beneficial to your health. Also, as it is so rich, you will probably find that you can't eat that much of it at a time. If you feel you are eating too much chocolate, drink a couple of glasses of water, which should soon supress your cravings. HTH : )

Deleted Answer: if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that. 1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day 2.) drink lots of water 3.)exercise every day 4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

i think it's pretty obvious you love chocolates. Same here.
And i do feel like im getting fatter after every bite as well.
But think of it, why don't you stop buying chocolates? Wouldn't this stop you from eating them as well? And if you really really need that chocolate for the day, make yourself a cup of low fat hot cocoa. This should satisfy your taste buds and your cravings.

you're BULIMIC, no longer anorexic. of direction once you do devour, you devour lots. female, you're hungry, your body is telling you it needs nourishment! devour ideal foodstuff - soup is a snack or a starter, as is toast. sit down and devour a dish of meat, potato and a couple of vegetables. you want a minimum of one meal like this each day. devour it slowly, sip a pitcher of water with it, and go away a touch in the back of in case you want - yet do devour a MEAL, no longer snacks. Have some fruit afterwards. save the kitkats and different goodies as occasional treats, they are empty energy and could make you fat in case you do not provide up taking them, and spotty too.
