Ok, breathe and now take a deep breath. Relax
1. Take back control of your life, by checking with your nutrition and that lasts a lifetime.
2. Eat a good breakfast everyday...the o's and non-fat milk are fine.
3. Add more fruit and vegetables. Low-fat protein, yogurt, olive oil, and fiber (fiber pills are good), non-fat milk, multi-vitimins.
4. Walk, at least 15 minutes a day, and go up and down the stairs 3-5 minutes at a time.
5. When you eat healthy, take one meal a week and eat anything you want.......and then go back to eating healthy....
6. Now for the tough stuff:
7. Make a list of what's bugging you....yes, write down who called you names, what names you were called, what you hate, what people you hate...and really what's bugging you.
8. Make a list of what you want, what education, what dreams, wishes, love, and where you want to travel.
9. Now take the what's bugging you list, tear it up and throw it away. It served you well because it made you face what's bugging you.
10. Everytime you get annoyed - make a list of what's bugging you.
11. Try yoga if you can and there are cd's for starting yoga as stretching exercises.
12. Everytime you pass a mirror, smile, yes a big smile....you are taking back control of your life...and you're making life changes for your own nutrition and good health.
13. Forget soda, unless it's made with splenda 0 - calories, forget white sugar, white flour, and white bread. Choose bread with 8-12 grains, and choose multi-grain pasta (get your mom to buy these for you, as they're better for your health).
When you choose chocolate, choose dark chocolate with more cocoa (it says 60% cocoa, 70% cocoa) and less sugar....you get the good effects of chocolate with less calories.

Deleted Answer: if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that. 1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day 2.) drink lots of water 3.)exercise every day 4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

I have had great success eating small items frequently. Include your parents so there is no pressure for you to sit down and eat a huge meal. Small portions means SMALL! One half sandwhich, a medium piece of fruit, a cup of vegetables.........and one at a time. Just eat one thing and walk away. Do eat lots of variety. You don't want to eat apples all day for instance or any one type of food.
Lots of water will help. Even little bits of exercise will start to pay off. Start small. Don't get discouraged.

Free Diet Plan #2
Diet beverages & water may be included in the diet plan, as well as your favorite low calorie condiments. Walking 10 minutes daily will speed up weight loss.
Breakfast
1 LARGE biscuit (about 220 calories)
1 piece of bacon
1/2 slice of REAL cheese
1 scrambled egg
1 Cup of hot tea or coffee. For creamer, use the 'Creamora' type creamer (10 calories per spoon)
Create a breaky sandwich that is yum yum!
Snack
1 piece of fresh fruit
Lunch
TWO FULLY LOADED CHULUPAS: 2 chulupa or tostada shells (those flat hard corn shells that you'll find in a box at your local market)
1 slice of REAL cheese
2 cups of shredded lettuce + 1 diced tomato + 1 teaspoon of diced onion
1/2 cup of refried beans (sprinkle with a bit of chili powder and a dash of cumin to liven beans up if desired!)
Unlimited salsa or hot sauce
Smear beans on shells; place 1/2 slice of cheese on beans. Place under broiler until cheese melts - or in your microwave. Add salsa and salad.
Enjoy with a no calorie beverage.
Snack
Enjoy another piece of luscious fruit. Feel free to cut it up and sprinkle on a bit of no calorie sweetener. Add a small spoon of whipped topping.
Dinner
Spaghetti & Meat Sauce

1/2 cup of your favorite jar/bottle/canned meat sauce
1 slice of bread smeared with a bit of butter
Feel free to add some sauteed mushrooms and onions to the spaghetti.

Enjoy with a no calorie beverage.

Choose a whole-wheat wrap rather then two slices of wheat bread.

Salt causes bloating and butter is elevated in calories, so flavor pasta, sauces, meat, and stews with clean herbs, garlic, and onions as a substitute.

When doing cookies, bake half the batch and scoop others into ice-cube trays. When the sweet tooth kicks in, pop out one and bake it to meet up with your craving without breaking the calorie bank.
