Quite a few of us! But there are some NGO's on the job, you could check with them, too, for funding, co-operation etc.

it is a good idea. There are many organisations and institutions working to improve livelihood. Government also organises training programme. There is no information regarding the place or region you want to do, so unable to recommend any name. The other information missing you want partner for what purpose. What type of partner you are looking for? If you can specify, I think definitely some help you can get.
