How Great Thou Art, music, Chords for the Keyboard!?

Im Playing the keyboard in Church and Im struggling finding the Chords, please help!

Ok, i tried putting it in and it came out all wrong when I previewed. If you email me, I'll scan a copy of the music to you, I have it in front of me, but when I try typing it all in chords above the words, it screws it up! silly internet!
