I Have went back to college to continue my studies, but im finding it difficult to take things in,can anyone give me tips on how to improve my memory......its been 10 years since ive studyed.

I used to have the same problem when I was studying. I found it quite useful to write down the main points in each paragraph I'd read, what you agreed with and what you didn't and why. Writing things down as you go along reinforces the ideas in your head. Try it, it might just help you too.

Yes I thought it was just a senior moment many times over. Perhaps try taking Omega 3 it's supposed to help

happens to me aswell when studying study for 30 min with 15 min going over them in head and 10 min relaxing try listening soft beat music works for me wja

I know eating oily fish is very good for the memory - perhaps not so good on the breath thou!!

I do that all the time! i'm a student and it takes ages to learn anything especially if i'm distracted!
