I think i can, but it feels as if when i breath out of my nose, i stop breathing out of mu mouth, and likewise the other way around! How about you?

Breathe out of your mouth slowly and put your hand right near your nose. Some air comes out of your nose at the same time as you breathe out.

No. A muscle at the top of your throat contracts when you breath so you can use either your nose or your mouth.

Yeah try it. Take a big breath though if your asthmatic like me....I nearly lost it!!! I can just imagine everyone with their hands over their faces trying this....lmao!!!! Very good!!!!

babies are born with this ability so they can drink milk and breathe at the same time. i think we can all probably do it with a bit of practise, but y would u want to?
