Traditionally the answer would have been Yonge Street at 1986 km starting in Downtown Toronto and ending in Rainy River, Ontario. However, I would refute that. If you drive up Yonge Street north of Toronto, after about 45 km or so, it turns into Holland Street in Bradford. The traditional Yonge Street turns right at an intersection under the name Barrie Street. If you go straight another 25 km, you will end up at a T interection on some concession road near Tottenham.

Highway 11 followed the Yonge Street route the entire 1986 km before 1997. In 1997, the province downloaded the southern portion of the highway to the municipalities so that doesn't even count.

If you're looking for the longest road, I would suggest the Trans-Canada highway. At 7821 km, the main line stretches from the Atlantic to Pacific.
