On plain natural yoghurt with muesli, raisins and mashed banana mixed into it!
Or make a marinade for any pork-based food - so pork chops, sausages (especially good!), gammon etc - mix some wholegrain mustard into honey and then marinate the meat in it. Pour any excess marinade over the meat as you cook it.

It depends on how you like it- on a sandwich, in your tea, or on a spoon. In order to benefit from the honey, you need to eat it, so eat it the way you would usually.

With a spoon, also lovely with natural yoghurt, and goes well with banana or lemon juice. Make a smoothie with banana, yoghurt and honey.

Have it on toast or in your tea. And make sure that you get the honey that hasn't been pasturized, it is even better. Enjoy.

Basically you can eat it instead of sugar, to sweeten yogurts, fruit that are too tart and in herbal teas. I use it instead of golden syrup in certain recipes or on toast instead of butter at breakfast time or on unsweetened cereals.

You could put it on your cereal
Have it on a slice of toast
Put a spoon of it in your tea instead of sugar
Use it for roasting vegetables
Put some in a vinegarette dressing for salads.
