ASK! (that is how I got my man) We flirted everyday and then I just asked if he wanted to go have a drink some time and he took me to lunch the next day. We laugh about it now (3yrs later) about how I was more of a man than him by asking him out. Go for it girl, worse come to worse he will say no. You can not live your life hiding go for it. A man likes a women who is not afraid to take risks.

Just ask him if he would be interested in going for a cup of coffee or if he would like to do lunch sometime. It's no big deal.... they either say yes, maybe or not interested because of a girlfriend. Any way you look at it you have nothing to lose and maybe something to gain from asking. Guys don't seem to mind if you are the initiator when asking for a date.
As a matter of fact I took the day off from work today because I have a date with a guy who does business with my company..... told the boss I had a doctors appointment.
I plan on getting a complete physical check-up with/by my date

I don't see anything wrong with a girl asking a guy out, and I think a lot of guys actually like a confident woman who is willing to do the asking. The next time you guys strike up a conversation, just ask him if he would like to go out for drinks with you sometime. Simple.

I wouldn't push it, but you could easily be coy and say something like, "gosh, I could go for a cup of coffee"...he will catch on and say something like "I can get you one at starbucks" to which you would say, I will meet you there in 20 minutes....you know, sort of near your break or whatever. So, be creative. Give him an opening so you don't seem overbearing, because that might embarass him. But easy go it and all of a sudden you can get together at a common place and just talk.
After that you can get to the real asking out part, but by then he will probably be asking you. Tricky you!!!!

A classy lady would never ask a guy out. I find it quite distasteful and lacking in good judgment.

Please do! It will save a lot of the idiotic questions women and men ask on here, because neither of us can really judge anymore what the other sex's intentions toward us are!

No offenses but i almost got married by doing that he wanted sex and that was it and i moved out because he couldn't except me for me. If he can't make the first move i would say don't do it he will use and you want some one special.
