Hair loss or baldness is caused mainly due to the lack of Vitamin B supplements. Vitamin B5 contains pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin that is vital for hair growth). B6 is equally important to the body, as it contains the nutrients of zinc, sulfur, magnesium and biotin.
An interesting fact about Vitamin B: Certain experiments were conducted with rats and they were fed with food that lacked magnesium supplements. It was found that they lost their hair in bunches and when they were provided with a low biotin diet they turned hairless. But to the surprise of all, their hair returned when they were fed with food rich in Vitamin B. Similar studies were conducted on men and it was found that Vitamin B enriches the quality of hair. The body also requires Vitamin A. Fatty acids such as primrose oil, flaxseed oil or salmon oil need to be consumed for enhancing hair growth.
Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.
Biotin is necessary for hair growth. There are many sources of biotin such as brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. It is present in some shampoos, so you can use shampoos, which contain biotin. It is advised to consult a physician before taking any vitamins or medications for hair growth.

I think you should do a ''hair growth vitamins'' search on the net and chose one that obviously seems to be the best for your certain hair texture. Dont just trust anything though, read thoroughly about each one and I'd go with a pricy one because things that cost more money have better results (in cases like this). If you find a good one let me know, I want some too lol

Hair is made from keratin; a form of protein. To promote not only growth and thickness, but also shine (from Omega-3 fatty acids) eating tunafish is a great way to start. It contains the nutrient biotin which is known to promote good hair health. (Biotin is also found in eggs and nuts, as well as suppliments) Vitamin E will certainly be beneficial to your hair, but as far as making it grow, I'm not certain about.
Also keep in mind that hair grows a bit faster in warmer weather than in cold weather and that cold weather can also cause breakage and dryness. To keep the hair you have now healthy make sure to deep condition at least once a week and rinse with cold water every time--it makes the hair folicle lie flat and reflect more light, plus helps from hair becoming more damaged.

I have been taking hair supplements for the past 3 years and here is what I have found.
GNC makes a tablet called "Ultra Nourishair" in formulas for men and women, the pills are taken daily, 2 pills a day. They are HUGE and very hard to swallow, if you have any trouble at all with large tablets, then I wouldn't recommend these. The 2 pills also contain only 1200 micrograms total of Biotin, which is the main supplement needed for hair to grow faster and stronger. You should try to get a minimum of 2500 micrograms of Biotin daily to improve hair's rate of growth and its condition. Even though I took these GNC pills for 4 months, I wouldn't recommend them because they are not the most high quality pills available.
ProCaps labs makes a great supplement called "Hair Skin and Nails" formula, here is the link for that
http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/pages/pro...
This is in capsule form and much easier to swallow. This company, ProCaps labs is also extremely reputable and carries pure and effective products.
I took GNC's Nourishair for four months, and supplemented it with extra Biotin tablets daily due to its low Biotin content. I took 2500 micrograms extra Biotin with the GNC pills.
The Procaps hair vites have 2500 micrograms of Biotin in them, and don't really require extra Biotin be taken, but I do take an additional 2500 micrograms of Biotin for a daily total of 5000 micrograms of Biotin.
My hair is growing in thick and dark and quite quickly. My hair used to be very slow growing, but all of these supplements have really made a difference.
The only way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made, any shampoos or oils or other topically applied things do nothing to change hair's structure, that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.. Keep in mind, regardless of how many or how much you take of any supplement, hair is never going to grow at a "Jack and the beanstalk" type of rate, the most you can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see an incremental increase in the rate of its growth

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMKsY While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

NOTHING. Don't believe the hype. Our hair needs two things to promote hair growth. Added Moisture and Scalp Message.
Apply a hair dressing that contains natural herbs and minerals, using the balls of your fingers message the scalp and hair line and temple areas. This will help the blood circulate which stimulates the hair follicles which promotes hair growth.

Of course, this recommendation is assuming that you are taking good care of your hair already (avoiding too much heat, applying conditioners on a weekly basis, using a proper brush/comb to avoid breakage and getting regular trims). Two of the best supplements are Fish Oil Tablets, and Cod Liver Oil Tablets (in any drugstore or health store and very reasonably priced). Allow at least 2 months to begin seeing a real difference.
