The best way to diet, is actually not to diet, but to change your eating habits. Just because you are eating less are you eating the right sort of foods. As you need to eat more fibre enriched foods, eat more fresh fruit, vegetables and fish. Whilst eating fewer foods that are high in fat, cut out all junk foods. Grill and steam foods instead of frying, try and cut down your red meat intake and eat more white meat.

Exercise more, drink or water aim for 8 or more glasses a day, Make sure that you eat 3 meals a day and try not to snack in-between meals if you do make sure that you have low fat items and not crisps, biscuits or chocolate.

Exercise wise - why don't you go power walking or cycling, if you just do it 20 minutes a day that is good. Or why don't you buy exercise videos and do those

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

it's simple, follow this golden rules:

-eat when you are hungry
-eat a variety of food, be willing to try new food
-enjoy every mouthful, chew and grind slowly
-stop when you are full
-minimise addiction by visualization i.e. imagine yr favorite 'chocolate' is mixed with another food you most dislike and then you squeeze it and drink the mixed 'juice'

hope it helps.
