A) He has a foot fetish - some guys are turned on by nice feet (my b/f loves my feet and plays with them all the time - I love it!)
B) He is checking that you are clean and well groomed - dirt under your toe nails would be a dead giveaway
C) He is gay, and hasn't come out of the closet yet!

He is shy to look directly at your face and enjoy the your beauty . Hence alternatively he is looking at your manicure and pedicure and imagining the rest. Do not go by his looks there is something more than looks that is body language if that is ok to you then everything is ok if that is not ok something is wrong. All the best.

It means you should check out his too and take notes: Are his hands and nails clean? Does he keep his nails neatly trimmed? Do you find his hands disgusting? Size him up from head to toe and take notes on everything!

i ask one of my male friends if my nails are done ok when i change them,,he is a real good judge,,,,BUT,,he is also gay so,,,,,go figure.
