If a sentance is a direct quote and there is a gramatical error in the original statement then it is not gramatically incorrect to quote without correcting thge original spoken error.
For example, in the Simpsons Ralph Wiggum said "Me fail English? That's unpossible!" By quoting this I am not making a gramatical error. So if I directly quoted a stammerer I could get a chain of say a dozen "and"s and there would be no gramatical error. So if a character in a novel exclaims "You f f fool you will destroy us all an an an and and and and and and and and and you will die t t t t too!" then there would not be any gramatical problem, if you see what I mean.

The Landlord of the new pub tells his wife: "I know what I'm going to call the pub now! Phone the sign-maker, get them to make 'Dog', 'And' and 'Duck' signs for over the door!"
The wife thinks its a strange name, but phones the sign-maker's secretary and asks for "signs to be made saying 'Dog', 'And', 'And' and 'Duck'. I know it's a strange name for a pub, it was my husband's idea".
So the secretary tells the signmaker to make the signs for the new pub, "'Dog', 'And', 'And', 'And' and 'Duck"! The sign-maker makes six words and sends them to the sign-fitter.
The sign-fitter scratches his head as he looks at the space over the door. "I don't think I can get all the words up there!" he tells the Landlord. "I could give it a go, but I'd leave no space between 'Dog' and 'And', and 'And' and 'And', and 'And' and 'And', and 'And' and 'And', and 'And' and Duck!"
