Impossible!!!!And loosed isn't even a word, nor would loose be correct in this context. You can only lose weight. No way did anyone lose 15 kg in 15 days.If that were true you wouldn't even have to ask as a 15 kg difference would be obvious just by looking, unless your friend is very morbidly obese.
It would also be impossible to sustain such an exercise regimen with that little food coming in.Ketosis would not work fast enough in order for your friend to continue that work out.

it is possible to keep this diet, but i don't think it will go up to 15 kg in 15 days. maybe 5 kg in 15 days. and after that your friend would eat as a machine and get back 10 kg in 2 days. but anyway, i think she is lying. noone can lose 15 kg in 15 days, even if u don't eat anything at all. and if u don't eat u don't have power to jog for 2 hours. so tell her this is total bulls'h'i't

It is possible (wrestlers get rid of 5-10 lbs in a day by dehydrating themselves), but it is NOT healthy to lose that much weight. To put it in perspective, the people on The Biggest Loser might lose up to 20 lbs. (less than 10 kg) in two weeks. They are eating a strict diet and are working out constantly. Unless you are MORBIDLY OBESE, it is not advisable to lose more than 2-3 lbs (a kg or so) each week. Losing weight that quickly usually means loss of water, or even muscle.

I don't think she could have lost that much in 15 days, but the diet wouldn't allow her body to continue exercising the way it has been without her feeling faint, sick, etc. I know, I used to be anorexic, living off a cheezwhiz sandwich and one chip (yes, it was hard but possible), and one cup of tea a day. I also played sports in school, plus rode my bike after school. Within 5 days I fainted minimum of 10 times, and within 15 days I was admitted to hospital for dehydration. Therefore, I find what she says to be totally false.

not possible. even with her diet, though it is totally unhealthy and wil screw up her system, it is quite impossible to lose 1kg a day without medical intervention.
a reasonable amount to lose which is sustainable over long period is an average od 1-1.5kg a week.

Yes it is possible, but it is very unhealthy and bad for your body.
Also, you will be starving your body so when you start eating again your body will absorb it all.
