Ok, I've been telling him to get out ,"Idon't want to be with you" point blank no nothing for over 2 months no kiss no hug no nada he sleeps in the same bed but that is it.Saturday I went out and he popped up and saw me w/another guy hugged up and he still is here as amatter of fact, Sunday he was cutting the grass and cleaning the yard. no kids not married together 2 yrs is he nuts or what? If it wewr me I'd be long gone.

Tell him he has to be out by such and such date. Make it a fair date so he has time to look for an apartment. If he's not out on that EXACT date, pack up his belongings in boxes, put the boxes outside of the house, change the lock and change the phone number. That's basically what I had to do with my ex-husband. Good luck.

Try asking him where he'd like his things sent the next time he leaves the house. Tell him you are finished with the relationship and have another man coming to stay for a week from Florida, you need the space!

2 years, you might be married via common law and that means he gets some of the house.
