The best things that you can do are:-
1) Get some soothing tapes especially gospel tapes(Music, films or drama).
2) If you are really thankful for the deliverence by God to you, get some scriptures and read e.g pls. 116:8, 1st Cor.10:13 and many others.
3) Share your experience with your friends and even relatives.
4) Always straighten your bed as an exercise to your murcles.

I injured my back and was bed ridden for a while and I started a new hobby, making miniature teddy bears.. To complete a bear usually took me around 6 hours but being as I didn't have anything better to do it was very therapeutic!! In the end I had made quite a few and they made really lovely gifts!! Take care and get well soon...

call friend that you have not talked to in a while & catch up on how they are, write a poem (if you like that kind of stuff) , think about all the people that mean a lot to you &
write them a letter letting them know how much they mean to you, do your nails , that's all I can think of .
Get well soon !
