That article isn't even peer reviewed.That means it hasn't been approved or indoctrinated by the medical community related to that type of study.Anyone can write an editorial and say what they want.When reading clinical research you must only use sources that are peer reviewed,controlled,double blind or a combination of all of these things.
There are components in milk that have either been "linked" to ill health or proven.The ones that are proven exist in many other foods.

as far as i had read..what they had based most of the time was the milk of the cow and the milk which came from unhealthy lactating moms...
well,its not usually most of the time that milk is bad for your health....it usually depends on the health of the producer.

and with our lives now, you can't find a thing thats throughly 100% good....

I've been told that by my fitness instructors and friends in the health industry, but until they come up with skim soy milk, I'm still sticking with the moo juice.
I mean, we're all gonna die anyway, so I'm not too fussed about it killing me because I like it.
