the western countries will have their security threat decreased and muslims will stop creating a hatred scene..
plus, israel and its neighbors will finally live in peace....

Trust me Rinat, if Israel didn't have the West behind them telling them what to do and what not to do, Israel would defend themselves way better and with such force that the arab countries would be too afraid to even attempt attacks on them!
To answer the question, I'm not too sure a rally would make much of a difference. Look how bias the world is and no matter what they see, they will still believe that Israel is wrong! It will just take some time before people will realize the truth and feel like idiots for not realizing sooner!

No one any where, no not one, will ever 'clear up misconceptions' regarding Israel's right to exist. The idea of it is wonderful, but the reality of it is grim.
This goes far deeper than any protest, proclamation, or penalty that could ever make a dent in.
It is a belief instilled in them from birth, from their parents and their society that Israel must be destroyed. It is fed to them in their schools, in their ideolgy.
Their media perpetuates and their very existence is defined by their hatred of Israel.
There is no modern remedy because it is rooted not only in ideolgy and politics but religion.
It is ancient and everlasting.
My childrens children will pass from this world without ever seeing this issue resolved.
I am a dreamer yes...but wise enough to know that this will never go away.
People think they can stone them back into the stone age, or "nuke" them out of their deep seated fear and hatred of Jews and Israel...but whatever would remain would still be the seed for the same fruit.

You've got a good point there, Muslims always ay that their religion is based on understanding of others, yet how can this be true when they are continually attacking other cultures and trying to spread Islam by the sword? We all know that Israel was created because of what the Jews went through during the Second World War, if that conflict hadn't started, then there would not be so much hatred in the world these days!

I wish the answers were as simple as some of your question here on the Travel forum. No rallys, no demonstrations, no threats, no wars, nothing will clear the air in the Middle East until all sides will sit down and come to an agreement of peacful co-existance. Do I believe that such a thing will ever happen? Well, perhaps but not in my life time.

I agree with you, and I consider it scandalous that anyone would even question the right of Israel to exist.
There is but one Jewish state in the whole world. There are 22 Arab states, and no one questions THEIR right to exist.

I agree with you let Israel defend her self.
Make the rest of the World quit telling her what to do.
Then hopefully God will guide her nukes to all of the Muslim world and then there will be PEACE.
Now fool you know she is armed to the teeth. It is only because of pressure from the rest of the world she has not already used
her weapons against you. ISRAEL will defend her self.

I think the west has helped Israel more than enough. It's high time for Israel to depend on itself and stand on its own instead of constantly seeking the west's assistance and support. That would only be fair, although unlikely to happen.
