These tiny blisters filled with liquid always show up on the same left hand ring finger for a year. It starts having them again and again every time skin peels off, skin dries up like crazy and new skin grows. They won't go away. Finger becomes very itchy and it's hard to resist scatching it.Tiny blisters show up on my other hand too but they go away faster. Lotion doesnt work and I dunno what does. I'm hopeless. I dont wanna have them for the rest of my life.

It could be eczema--a non-contagious condition caused by allergies, genetics, and/or stress.

A doctor can diagnose whether it's eczema or something else that is contagious (you'll want to get that checked out to be sure you don't have something contagious).

Try using Lanacane and use cortisone cream sparingly (cortisone gives longer relief, but the hormones in cortisone creams are not good for you in the long run, so go back forth between the non-cortisone creams and the cortisone creams).

All the best to you!

Sounds like it's mites. Don't use any type of hand cleaners other then plain old soap (like purell type sanitizers) and keep your hands dry as much as possible. Don't wear any rings for a while until it's gone for at least a few months and soak your rings (except opals and pearls) in store bought jewelery cleaner.
For some reason, the sanitizers seem to make it much worse. You can try washing your hands with a lice remover shampoo but it won't help unless the mites are scabies and since you've had it only on your hands for years and not elsewhere, I doubt it could be that.
If you have birds, garden or are outdoors a lot, it's probably where you're picking them up.

it sounds like the same dermatitis I have. You can get some relief with cortisone cream, Avoid touching detergents and chemicals and handling food without gloves. Don't leave the gloves on too long though. Wash hands using soap free "soap" Ego products are excellent. Visit the doctor to get a proper diagnosis and prescription. Good luck with it. I know how you feel.
