For oxygenating you need Hydrogen Peroxide, you can get this in Peroxyl mouthwash (available in the UK) you will find it in larger chemists, sometimes behind the counter.

We use Listerine whitening before you brush. Works great!!!
than use crest whitening. We love them both.
