Usually Spanish shows are in Spanish, if they were in English they would not be Spanish shows.
The best you may get are sub titles.

You could try and find out if there are satellites that are overhead and transmit in English

The Macy Thanksgiving day Parade is going to be shown by no less than 5 channels in English, normally one of the three networks show it, ABC, CBS or NBC for these you don't need the dish, this is broadcast over the public waves and you can see it with a simple rabbit ears antenna, if you decide to watch it on the Spanish channels they don't have translation to English nor they have subtitles, those channels are for people who don't understand English and need to see tv in their language..☺
