It depends what for and how small you cut them up...the chunkier they are the longer they will take. Depends if you like them left a bit crunchy or soft...if they are for soup or just as a veggie...steamed or etc, etc...more info please!!!

Don't cook them. Carrots taste better raw.

Depends what you are using and how soft you want them. A pressure cooker is fastest.....about 10 mins. They would be fairly soft.
