This is a very complex question..I believe the best way to describe infatuation is to call that puppy love, we all go through that stage in our early teenage yrs, cannot see ourselves w/out the person we so call "love", seeing them as "perfect". I believe real love is when you do see that the person you may love is not perfect, and you realize that life does go on if that person were to leave you..just like the saying goes "if you love something, set it free..if it comes back it is yours..if it does not..it was not meant to be". To sum this up..I think infatuation is just like that feeling you had when you were a kid and saw a toy you just had to have..once you got it..you were bored in 10 mins. That's my best explanation..hope it helped!! This is much like the love versus lust thing...

Well In my opinion...
Love is the power inside us all that makes us sacrifice for the good of consideration... Blind to the suffering brought about due to the love you feel for someone or something. The animation of the one created from this love is harmonious but not dominating...
Infatuation is a dream aspect of the human psychology in which the spirit actually lies to the self in acceptance of basically everything new brought about from this infatuation. This is the strongest form of attraction and lust known to the feeble psychology of the human. Becuase of this being a dream aspect the conscious mind wakes up at a point of boredom and this dream dissappears... thus the illusion of perfection becomes morbid and hated... this can leave people's psychology in shambles if a couping mechanism is not in place to deal with this...

Infatuation can last from 1 day to 100 years.......it is more of a lust for sexual fulfilling while love can last a lifetime but you really don't care about the sex but more for the person.

Nothing complex. My take is that infatuation involves lust and physical imagination of someone nude or taking a shower or whatever. Love is deeper than than in that it involves feeling happy and serene in the presence of your lover, in the love of sharing things and in the feeling of giving to make your partner happy. Love changes your around, and make the air you breathe somewhat intoxicating.

Hard to say exactly...but I think that infatuation is something that is INSTANT...you can INSTANTLY be attracted and infatuated with someone that you don't even REALLY know. however, love is something that develops and grows, and I always think of it interms of: if this person went through a very hard time / situation would i / could i stick by them??? good luck man, issues of the heart are hard!!!

Infatuation is Lust and sexual desire the more you get the less it means to you and the more you hunt for a change. It is temptation and never fulfilling.

Well love is a strong feeling inside u heart but u must be above 16 in age. when u r in love, u want to giv everything to ur lover. it maybe anything or everything.
infatuation is more to take. u want her!!! something like tat without thinking does she wants me? Besides, if u r infatuating, u may like other gals or boys as well. this shows tat u r not sincere. but love is. love is super sincere even if miss world wants to marry u, u will deny!!!

infatuation is when u love the positive side,because you have never looked the other side.infatuation can turn into love when you know the guddy and baddy points of a person,accept all of them with your open heart,because you & me, also, in some things are lagging,&v also want to be accepted with it,know!ask ur heart<>

If it is truly love, you are completely committed to your mate. You will sacrifice anything for that person, always putting their needs ahead of your own. Infatuation is nothing more than that TEMPORARY warm emotional fuzzy wuzzy feeling WITHOUT
having any real bond, or commitment.
