as the temperature is going higher, fruits like watermelon, orange, honeydew, wintermelon.. etc.. help to quench the thirst. so, how do you actually choose the one that is juciest and sweetest? =)

Choose the fruit which has the most radiant and healthy colour..like the peach and watermelon.

if the area where the fruit come from had lots of rain, the sweetness of the fruit will be so watered down, that it's not worth buying.. buy one of something.. take it home and do the taste test.. grapes and cherries, i do the taste right there at the store.. a fruit market just might have the sweetness your looking 4 : )

Fruits and vegetables are hard to grow with a consistent sweetness or flavor season after season. The soil has alot to do with it. I do know that in Florida they test citrus for a acid/sugar ratio at harvest time to determine sweetness. I guess you just hafta chomp into whatever you like to find out.

color, texture, and water consistance, usually dark fruit have a sweater taste
