Hi, for UK it would be 220ml if it was a liquid measure. It varies if it is a measure of rice,sugar,butter, etc (if it is a solid measure follow the link below).

Strangely, though, it dosn't include 1 cup = 220ml you have to multiply up from 1/4 cup

A cup in Australia is 250 milliletres or a quarter of a litre. This is about the size of a small coffee cup.

A US cup is 8 oz which in metrics would be 235.99 ml.

in america the cup size is about double a uk one
