Cancer is a complicated disease because it encompasses hundreds of different types in different grades and stages. There are cancers that are cured by traditional medicine and there are long term survivors to prove this.

I think you need to be more specific. In general, what kills a patient is not necessarily growing tumors, but the metastatic spread of the disease which can overwhelm the body.

Some tumors can be removed surgically, radiated or eliminated by chemotherapy, but what traditional medicine has difficulties with is stopping the devastating effects of metastasis.

I had cancer and I was treated with Chemothearpy that was 30 years ago and the cancer never came back!

It depends on the type of cancer and at what stage it is diagnosed. But some cancers are indeed completely curable.
