does anyone know how to solve this problem?

wean yourself off it or find healthier replacements because you're probably craving the sugar.

Try honey and fruits like apples or whatever you like which will satisfy your need for something sweet.

You can even try lollypops (just check they don't have a lot of calories, most have barely any) and sticks of water with frozen juice (we call them ice poles here? very low in calories and YUMMY)

I hear you get great jelly which is really low in calories and virtually no fat at all.

Try things made with sweeteners instead, including drinks, if you are okay with sweeteners.

The occasional cake is okay. Just keep an eye on your teeth to make sure you're not erroding them.

Maybe as well as the sweet thing or instead of, if you need something with a cakey texture get those water biscuits. Kind of like rich tea with basically no calories. Good to have a little munch on and feel good that you're actually eating something at least.

Do you know I thought the very same thing this morning-think its 'cos its winter , after yesterday when I brought some (was upset!) ate loads, now I am thinking about them again.....they must be addictive.....not buying anymore honey, that's the answer x

Try and find a healthier substitute. Remember...a second on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!!! LOL

I use to be I am not sure there is a solution try and cut down maybe only have it as a treat.

i think the best thing to do would be to make healthy cake... surely thts a viable option.. if it is can u let me know too? lol :P

I LOVE CAKE...listen its too yum to give up...if you really want to tho..eat an old one with cream...youll be on da toilet for ages n youll never have cake again..good advice? I think so!

me too and crisps and chocolate. the more you eat the more you want.

I think you have to go cold turkey like most things.
