don't get me wrong, I'd laff if she was old enuff to get pregnant and still claimed to be a virgin in America. But then I don't claim to be saving the world by slaughtering the unjust. So how would you "Christians" react?

Technically she could get pregnant & still have an intact hymen. How? Anal sex. It's a real long shot, but is possible.

And I am engaged to marry to her? And I didn't have sex with her? I would react just like Joseph did!!
But THEN, if the Holy Spirit or an angel tells me that the pregnancy was due to supernatural cause, and what the future of the child would be, AND then I see that future fulfilled based on prophecies made at least 500 years before, I'd have absolutely no choice but to accept the pregnancy of the virgin for what God said it was.
If there are some people who can't accept THAT, then THEY have a problem, not the Christians!!
You are using a false analogy; where did you take your class in logic?

I am amazed how some people post questions and know that they don't want an answer but rather someone to agree with something that they have their mind already set on. I really doubt that anyone that give a good Christian response will be chosen as best answer because it sounds like to me that you have already came to your own conclusions.

Life would just go on. People can implant babies in women anyway. We probably already have a pregnant virgin out there. It would be nothing surprising or new.

I'd feel sorry for her, she's gotta be in some sort of denial.
But I am curious as to how they knew Mary was a virgin, did she have to prove that before people believed she was carrying the Son of God? Or did it go without saying?

I had a friend that had a baby without ever knowing she was pregnant. She did it a second time. claims she never knew.
I never ridiculed her once.
But to answer your question - I would doubt it, and most likely let out a cynical comment. I don't know how I controlled my tongue 10 years ago to my friend. (I wasn't christian then)

well in Islam we believe that after our last prophet(Muhammad pbuh) there were no more miracles after that.so if a girl told me she was pregnant virgin nowadays i would laugh in her face and tell her to contact Maury to find out who the father is.
