simply because the energy inside you couldn't be release especially young man like you. you needed to channel you energy n focus on something else other than sex n girl. Try involved yourself in some sports or games, than chill-out with your male friends/school-mates. If you really can't take your mind off sex/girl then masturbation is the only temporary solution. Immediately after this, you would have a calmed mind to study but do stay away from porn materials !
spare some times to ponder/thinks about your future[read more not just school related books], what you wanted to be/to achieved in life ! Girl/sex is just a small part of our life[i am not talking about serious relationship or future wife], if you can over-come these obstruction/challenge then it make your achievement the more sweeter !
when you grow older n know how to handle girl/sex issue wisely then sometime it could be a driving force for you to moves forward faster to your goals/target in life ! Cheer !
