http://www.france-pub.com/french/ does a decent job of it, but as always I recommend using Pimsleur's audio learning program in conjunction with it for an easier mastery of the language. The sounds are very difficult to master without immersion in the language.

if u yahoo search, ask.com, or google French lessons online... there are a few... some are for business French others start like the one below grammar, phrases translated...
Have u tried ur public library? They usually have tapes, dvd's that u can check out and study with. Not to mention written material. Ck out the children's section for the most basic get started courses.
