I'd say fibers. You can either eat fibers supplement or eat grain rice, wholewheat bread or fiber rich fruits such as papaya.

You need a B supplement- you probably get enough A and C with the tomato and carrott- and protein from turkey- but no B vitamins- you need some good fat- omega 3 and 6-a little sunshine for vit D-and hopefully the lettuce is not plain iceberg- dark green and leafy is full of nutrients- and real cheese- not the fake american that is processed junk-D

why should we bother telling you and why did you even bother to ask if you're not going to change?
keep a food diary with fitday.com and that calculates your nutrition intake for the day.
The things you are low on will be in red. So probably 80% of nutrients you are missing..
Lettuce is not worth eating at all and same almost goes for tomatoes. They are weak weak veg.
Lettuce is practically flavoured water that you chew.
You need a variety of fruit and veg, not to mention other foods....

More veggies, less starch, a good multi-vitamin high in B-complex. More grain is needed, try a cold cereal like special "K", or in the winter, a nice hot bowl of "McCaan's Irish oatmeal" and a cup of coffee for breakfast it is easy and nutritious (15 minutes to make). FREEBEE'S: Black coffee, diet sode (not too much, seltzer is better).

i do no longer fairly like lettuce for my salad. i like a standard salad with the two infant spinach or infant green and pink romaine with arugula, grape/cherry tomatoes and balsamic French dressing dressing. sometimes I additionally desire to function croutons, beets, or roasted pumpkin.

Actually, your diet is not all that bad. Try using some "dark greens" in your sandwich (may fresh spinach). You could also eat a piece of fruit for dessert (preferably citrus).
