Only 'system' I found useful was playing video poker machines in Las Vegas. They're geared to have a pretty high payout %age to keep the punter trapped and gradually have their money siphoned. The strategy I use is:
1. Go to Las Vegas casino where video poker machines are installed in the bar tops... most places have them. Make sure you have around $100-$300 in $20 bills, or if you're a serious player, the skys the limit.
2. Insert $20 into video poker machine, and you'll also get a free drink from the bartender.
3. Play poker on '1 coin' value, and if you lose 2 in a row, increase the 'coins' in the game until a win occurs. Take any 'obvious' win available and don't chase dream hands.
4. If/when your bank is 25%-30%+ higher than your initial stake, so in this case $25-$28+, withdraw the bank as a credit slip/ticket and put it away.
5. Repeat process until all $20 bills have been used, then cash-in credit slips at casino cashier or machine.
6. Repeat again or spend money on something else.

I regularly turned around $200 into $280+ in an hour or so with free drinks using this method.

OK here it is guys,,,,you won`t like it because it`s scary but here it is. The casinos love it when you walk up and take 7 numbers on a roulette table because they have the odds. There are only 7 numbers that can cause them to loose,,,and 29 plus two green that will let the house win. So your going at a 7to 31 disadvantage! But if you put $10 on every number except 1thru6 (some casinos only have one green) you now have a 30 to 7 advantage over the casino.. So heres how i do it... 1.you go to a casino that has only one green. 2. you put $10 on every square except the first six(1 thru 6) 3.Then you sit back knowing the stupid casino only has 7 numbers on the whole table against all your numbers. 4. After you win and you will win YOU MUST ONLY DO THIS FOR ONLY ONE SPIN,,,THEN YOU LEAVE! This system is called a hit and run and can be done for years before finally the casino gets one of the 7 numbers you did not have on that one spin. Without a doubt casinos don`t like one roll where they only have 7 numbers against your 30!! ONE SPIN! (what if you put $100 on each number except 1thru 6 for one spin,,,,if the casino did not get super lucky in that one spin you just won $600) the key is to give the casino only one chance,,they hardly ever win.

if you gambled continuously without a break the house will always win no matter what game you play. In the long run the casino always has the advantage.

Pro gamblers know the odds of each game very well and when to quit. So the trick is to pick out one with good odds such as blackjack, poker and craps. You need to know when to quit so that you can walk away with profits. The only way of knowing this is through personal experience.

Get yourself gambling software to play different kinds of blackjack (vegas blackjack, atlantic blackjack, etc...) without risking real money, until you're confident.. This is just the fist step since electronic blackjack deals with a different randomness than real life blackjack.

Later on you could spend some "practice" money with your favorite game at a real casino..

There are books on the market with strategies you could implement to get the most out of each game. You need to be aware in advance which type of game variation the casino handles.

I don't recommend gambling as a way of making money, there are better ways of doing it. Unless ofcourse a guy like Gene Franiak takes you under his wings for a few months...

Your goal when playing in a casino is to reduce the house advantage as much as possible. House advantage is the percentage you can expect to lose for every $100 you bet. For example, a house advantage of 10% means that for every $100 you bet, $10 of it will likely go to the casino.

The best game to play that reduces this advantage would have to be craps. When played smartly (by utilizing pass/don't pass, come bets along with free odds) you can reduce the casino advantage to less then 1% as opposed to roulette which gives about a 5.25% advantage to the casino.

I recommend picking up "Winning Craps For the Serious Player" by J. Edward Allen, published by Cardoza Publishing. This book covers all the ins and outs of the game, from how it's played to what bets to make (and most importantly those to avoid).

Paul's method is a recipe for disaster! Doubling your stake after a losing bet will only recoup what you have already lost and you would need unlimited stake money - do you have as much in the way of resources as the house has? You would probably run out of money before you had a winning bet, at least a big enough one to get ahead. To win the only way is to be patient and STOP playing when you have won something no matter how small it may be. Paul says, "you can't lose if you have enough money to keep going." You can't win if you don't have enough - and who has? Not any one you know!

Hi >
Roulette.
Three of us went into THE casino in Monaco, on hols.
I go "three reds & bet on black"
My wife goes " three odds & I bet on even"
My mate goes " three lows, and I bet on high"
No system ?
All of the above vice versa.
It payed for the hotel for a week.
OK it should not of worked according to the mathematical odds.
But it did.
Not a gambler, but I did't knock our "system"
All the best with it all.

play roulette
bet £1 on black .. if you win walk away
if you lose bet £2 on black .. if you win walk away
if you lose bet £4 on black .. if you win walk away
if you lose bet £8 on black .. if you win walk away

you get the idea..

you can't lose if you have enough money to keep going

Goggie is quite right.(4 below me). ignore this method.. it does look good on paper but if you work it out the most you can win is just £1 and most if not all Casinos have a ban on this method of gambling

Play Craps, your odds will be better! And break up the action, by doing some other things. Soon as you get that high=time for break! Then get back in a game (clear headed), well as clear as your going to get in Sin City or where ever your going..enjoy!
