You two need to sit down and talk about what happens next. You need not ask her who's baby it is unless u suspected her sleeping around. Do you love her? Are you prepared to stand by her no matter what?
These are questions you need to ask before seeing her. The fact that you have made a new life means that you are responsible for it and no matter what you've got to make provisions for when the baby arrives. Abortion is not an option, its murder for a start.
If you are responsible enough to make a baby then you gotta be responsible enough to look after it. I have no idea how old you are, you didn't say but I suspect you are young.
Be the one to make decisions, and talk to your ex about what to do next.

You need to ask her why she left you. If you was against having a child then maybe that's why but I think you need to know and she may feel better knowing you care.
She may feel alone and if you can show her you do care then hopefully you can come to a decision as to what to do

try to contact her in some way, if she is pregnant with your baby maybe she thought you would not be there for her. She may have thought that you would leave her so she beat you to it. If you are willing to be there for her and take responsibility then find a way to contact her and let her know that, if she knows that you care and you want to be there for her then most likely she will regret leaving you. She may even go back to you.

don't understand why she would leave you, its normally the other way around, you need to talk to her, after all if she is carrying your baby you have rights after the child is born, good luck

maybe the baby is not yours so she ran away so therefore get a dna test done when the baby is born and get over her

she got pregnant because of someone else right? if thats the case then let her go. who asked her to go and sex another guy. but if she got raped then please get her back and tell her you are willing to stay with her and takecare of her, well and her baby if she choose to givebirth to the child.
