Get a physician first and find out about your health before dieting.
Blood pressure, sugar, salts Etc., take natural tests first. Lots of people are dieting and always have been. Many people have become gravely ill and died from the obsession of weight loss. There are many ways but all should go through your physician.
But I can tell you that pure Aloe Juice is a cleanser and a product that as a beverage has no calories so instead of pop or milk you can drink this and this promotes healing and a pure form of vitamin C and may be mixed with OJ or any real juice to change the taste to your liking, and you will be healthier and probably lose weight in the process if you eliminate the other beverages other than water

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Eat normally, with a well balanced diet. Fads just dont work. Slowly cut back. If you loose too fast, your body will respond with a survival trait, putting on even more weight in case of lean times. This is a survival mechanism called the appistat. By loosing slowly, the body does not trigger the survival trait, and the weight will stay off if you keep up the good work. Diets just dont work. Do not be fooled by the hype behind them. I hope this helps.

Lot of salads, small meals in a day in suitable numbers, fruits before meals: not too much fattening food items. Maintain by liking, enjoying the food, enjoying the thought that you are in good shape!
